As soon as we come to the 21st century,With the needs of modern warfare and the development of marine resources and the scientific researches of marine,The underwater communicated system has become more and more important,underwater communicated equipments are used by divers in many underwater operations. In order to meet the needs of the diver's long time work and activities under the water,a underwater digital communicated system which has the characters of simple structure,small size, light weight, portable, good timeliness,low power loss is intriduced in this paper.In this paper, a smal underwater digital voice communication platform which is based on the OMAP3530 minimum system was designed and accomplished. According to the theoretical basis of low speed speech coding technology, this paper make use of the AMBE-2000 speech coding chip let the real-time for speech data compress and decompression comes ture. Useing FPGA to accomplish a chip interfaces provide data transmission logic control and the logical sequence required.According to the system design requirements, the whole hardware system was divided into four parts:speech signal acquisition module, speech signal processing module, communication signal processing module network communication module and system logic control module. This paper introduced module selection, circuit principle diagram design, PCB design and hardware debugging independently and particularly. Completed the FPGA part program designing and debugging, accomplished the multichannel buffer serial data transmission program and compiled the speech signal processing module and voice signal acquisition module of debugging. speech signal processing module speech compress playback quality and phonic acquisition module voice signal acquisition program was tested. Finally, this paper accompolished the communication between voice communicate platform and PC with commissioning the network communicate module.
