During the daily production process, it often involves that using instruments to inspection and maintain the equipments. Generally, the results are the large amounts of data. It can bring a great deal of distress to the operator and effect on the results of the judging. So, in order to improving operational efficiency, it is important that judge data visualization processes quickly and in time.Under the large background, the paper does some research on the visual process of underwater pipeline robot checking and designs the real-time visual software. The software is developed on the LabWindows/CVI platform.And the display interface is making up by the control which is provided by the LabWindows/CVI. We establish the serial data communications at the same time, and do some work on the visualizing of the data. With the help of the OpenGL the software can display Three-Dimensional models which are building on the 3ds Max. The last work of the paper is introducing dynamic link library technology and finding out the method of importing 3DS files to OpenGL.The real-time software displays the results of the humanity. The operator staffs can observation on pipeline inspection results on three-dimensional graphic clearly.At last, the paper gives us a brief description to confirm that the testing result is so good, because it implements the correct working of the software.
