Research On Cold Chain Temperature Monitoring System Based On Wireless Sensor Network

At present, the research on cold chain temperature monitor system are mainly concentrated in the recorder, RFID temperature sensor technology and temperature sensing technology based on wireless sensor network. The cold chain temperature monitoring system in this paper is based on the wireless sensor network, the system is made up of the information collecting section and infor-mation processing section. This paper major study the information collecting sec-tion,this paper in-depth study wireless sensor network and the standard of the IEEE 802. 15. 4 / ZigBee, After serious study and analysis ,i decided to use Zig-bee cc2430 chips as a node controller, use the low power consumption quartz tuning fork temperature sensor to collect the interior temperature of product, At the same time the wireless sensor network use a star network topology structure. The coordinator connect with the base station to receive the information which collected by the node, Then the coordinator send the information to the base through the UART, the base used STM32F103 as the controller, the base is made up of wireless communication module, Information stored module, Alarm module and power modules, and so on. It analysis and storage the collected information.This paper mainly complete to structure various functional modules and write the drivers of functional modules, to structure low power consumption, high precision measurement node platform of the wireless sensor network , to test the various functional modules. At last , the cold chain temperature monitor-ing system based on wireless sensor network can achieve to monitor the tempera-ture of the sensitive product during the transport , At the same time, this system have the small volume, low power consumption and performance is stable.
