This subject mainly aimed at designing and implementing the control systems of the 300,000 tons/year sulfur acid wastewater treatment equipment. This device is an independent, complete, large chemical equipment. The current mainstream control system of DCS-yokogawa Co., CS3000 system is used on process control of the equipment. At the same time, in order to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment, it is equipped with HIMA H51q safety instrumentation system (SIS). In addition, it also contains two separate control systems for burner and compressor unit, which were managed and controlled by Siemens PLC system and TRICONEX TS3000 system respectively. These independent and mutual influence systems constitute the control system of the equipment. The 30 million tons/year of sulfur acid plant control systems is put into operation. Its product index is good, consumption and low cost, and can adapt well to changes in the composition of raw materials. Also, it does relative widely adapt to the control index changes caused by the changes of sulfur content, operates smooth, and satisfies production requirements.
