| It is a very important safety precaution to actualize stress testing for ferromagnetic material structural member in the practical application. In comparison with other common nondestructive stress testing methods, Barkhausen noise stress testing method, which was developed in the latest twenty years, is a new-style nondestructive detecting technology with enormous development potential, can carry out online, fast, portable, non-fixed stress testing and can evaluate fatigue damage, hardness, microstructure, surface state.In this paper, we do a deep analysis of the occurrence and the characteristics of Barkhausen noise signal and research on relationship of the Barkhausen noise signal and the stress of the ferromagnetic materials. At last, according to the relationship, the calibration test is done and a detection system using the Barkhausen noise is made. The system includes the sensor, analog signal processing circuits, digital signal processing circuit and power circuit. In this paper, the manufacturing operation, the principle and the reason of the various parts of the system are analyzed.In the tunnel support, mine roadway support, slope and foundation excavation and dam projects support, the anchoring technology has been widely used. Anchor is a kind of anchoring system, which can pass tension to the stable soil body or reinforce the unstable parts of the soil body.In this paper, Barkhausen noise stress testing system was applied in stress testing in the bolt. We applied the multi-sensor consistency data fusion technology to detect the stress of the rock layers in the coal mine tunnel. Using this method, we can obtain the force of the whole rock tunnel body, so it provided a favorable basis for determining whether there is roof fall or not. |
