Production Process Real-time Data Management Method And System Research

Process industry occupies important position in national economy. With the integration acceleration of industrialization and information in the process industry, more and more data information continue to generate. Effective management and efficient storage are urgently needed for process industry real-time data. There are some limitations in current real-time data management method, which can not satisfy the efficient, stable and reliable requirements of process industry. Therefore, production process real-time data management method and system research have important theoretical significance and application value.It was summarized that the current development status of production process real-time data management technology and system. A production process real-time data management method was proposed. A real-time data handling mechanism was pulled in.The real-time data index efficiency was improved through designing a modified data query and index method based on Hash binary tree; Efficient storage and access of historical data were achieved through using the real-time data storage management method which is the combination of TDMS file access technology and ADO.NET interface technology; With Lab VIEW programming language, the modified data query and index method based on Hash binary tree was achieved.The historical data management based on mixed storage mechanism was designed and implemented. On this basis,the production process real-time data management system was built.The experiment results show that the proposed production process real-time data management method is stable and reliable; The system can achieve rapid storage and access of real-time and historical data, and satisfy the system real-time and stability requirements well in process industry. The real-time data management efficiency was improved largely.
