Inner Mongolia Mobile Project Information Management System Design And Implementation

With the development of the mobile communication market and the improvement of management level, the integration of the horizontal function and vertical level structure is becoming one crucial problem in order to reinforce the the two-way flow control information and meet different management levels's various information needs. Thus, this paper designs and realizes the engineering project management system(EPMS) of inner mogolia mobile communication,which achieves the aim of the modern scientific management of construction schedule, costing and quality. This system includes program management, project management, cooperation unit management, sharing management, plan management, task management and schedule management. It mergers together with the latest project management concept and provides strong decision support for the mobile company.EPMS adopts B/S pattern and the three-tier structure design. It uses the development tools of Visual Studio 2010, development language of C#, SQL Server 2008 database to develop the total system. This makes use of E-R graph to represent entities and their relations of the key modules and uses the flow chart to show the event sequence.We do the soft ware's demand analysis by user interview and questionnaire test to attain the current questions and their solutions. This paper elaborates the functions and design idea of program management, project management, cooperation unit management whose partly user views and pseudo-codes are described. EPMS is one internet online platform to deal with business processing and data analysis by the unified standard. It provides all kinds of comprehensive statistics analysis data and meets the information needs of the different management levels. EPMS provides a strong support for the mobile company business development.
