Firstly, this research topic has studied distributed multi-sensors management method and the system structure and functional model of distributed multi-sensors management. We study the important technologies which is used to solve the problem of multi-sensors management in battlefield such as the methods based on programming theory ,genetic algorithm,multi-agents technology , experts system, neural network and so on. Secondly, this research topic has studied the system structure and functional model of distributed multi-sensors management. it has put forward the problem of distributed multi-sensors management initially, and summarized its basic concepts, meaning, classification of multi-sensors management, classification of management methods and the system structure of distributed multi-sensors management. It has put forward the multi-agents distributed management system structure and the functional model of generally used distributed multi-sensors management. Finally, in view of the land battlefields concrete condition of distributed multi-sensors management, it has preliminarily established the multi-sensors scout system for our army, and attempted to simulate the prototype system. This research topic is important to improve the capability of apperceiving the battlefield situation and multi-sensors management in artillery.It has put forward the problem of distributed multi-sensors management initially, and summarized its basic concepts, meaning, classification and management means separately, then analyzed the usefulness of distributed multi-sensors management. The system structure of distributed multi-sensors management is classified into three main types. They are types of centralization, decentralization and mix. The last two types are often related to be the type of distribution. Consequently, it has put forward the multi-agents distributed management system structure, and analyzed the agents'communication, the internal structure of agents and communication. Finally, the functional model of generally used distributed multi-sensors management has been proposed. In the light of the distributed multi-sensors management problem, it has discussed the collaborative management method based on multi-agents technology. Intelligent agents mean that tasks are allocated through agents'alternation and coordination. The combination of sensor agents with sensors enable the working mode to be of highly automation and modularization, which can facilitate sensors'buildup and according sensors'load to automatically realize system's reconstructions.To measure the capability and effects of various sensors in battlefield, the article has put forward the information apperceiving capability index of sensors for the first time. Besides, it has adopted the multi-attributive decision method to calculate several sensors that are usually used by artillery troops. Centering on the sensors—object's allocation efficiency factors, and combining the Hungary assigning algorithm, it has put forward a kind of Distributed multi-sensors management method based on efficiency factors in this section. It has led into the objects priority function and the partnership function initially, then defined the object's efficiency function by sensors, and described the problem of distributed multi-sensors management at last. Then it has discussed the genetic algorithm's application in distributed multi-sensors management, such as its coding, fitting function, realization and so on. In the last part, it has taken the multi-sensors'allotment among multi-objects as an example to illustrate the genetic algorithm's applicability in distributed multi-sensors management.The military background of prototype system is the management of the multi-sensors battlefield scout system of military divisions & brigades. We designed a kind of system based multi-agents technology in order to use the advanced theory and method and make use of the commonness of system design. There are sensor agent and fusion center agent. With the usage of distributed multi-sensors management technology, we deal with the prototype system consist of six platforms. The multi-sensors management includes the generation of systematic tasks, establishment of objects PRI, multi-sensors allotment, sensors'deployment display on combat maps, as well as the output of multi-sensors allotment tables.The prototype system based multi-agents technology is used, as follow. (1)Thinking of the design and realizing the soft system we can discover problem and solve problem so as to study the theory and method. (2)With the usage of the theory and method that is old and studied we can realize the prototype system and check feasibility of the theory and method. (3) We discover the feasible path of developing practical battlefield scout multi-sensors management system. The prototype system promotes the study of distributed multi-sensors management and data fusion. Moreover, multi-agents structure design of the prototype system supply a good condition of building battlefield scout multi-sensors management system in distributed environment.
