Track and field competition plays an important role in the competitive sports. How to use the campus network resources and build a Internet needs to adapt to the new human resources management system to replace the previous single labor management, employee information sharing to meet the requirements of university logistics of electronic human resources management system is necessary.In this dissertation, the Sichuan Institute of logistics human resources management system for the background, proposed the establishment of designing a WEB-based logistics group EHR management system programs to achieve the Sichuan Institute of Logistics Management Information Group Human Resources Unit efficient, convenient, fast processing, the school personnel management becomes simple logistics, and logistics development to solve an urgent need in Sichuan Institute of Technology University human resources management software, but the cost is too high, and institutions funding the conflict between strict control.This software works in accordance with the idea, through the Sichuan Institute of logistics human resources management, in-depth research and analysis of business processes, from requirements analysis, overall design, database design, functional design, the Sichuan Institute of Logistics Group EHR management system research and development and design process of a comprehensive exposition.In this dissertation,human resources management system modules, data connections, functional implementation, system security and other aspects of the detailed design, the use of C/S and B / S model combining the hybrid architecture, greatly reducing system maintenance costs, improve system trouble-free operation rate.The system modules include personnel information, compensation management, social security benefits, attendance management, training management, recruitment management, performance management, public information management, reporting center, employee self-system management. Each module is essentially inseparable from the data, so the database design, the system fully consider the data efficiently, reduce data redundancy, to ensure the system run faster.
