Based On Asp Technology Working Exclusively Online Course Selection System Design And Realization

Xinjiang Polytechnical College Educational Management Information System is based on the existing campus network, which constitutes a MIS system singly. It contains a student management, teacher management, teaching project management, Intelligent Course, test administration, courses selection management, performance management, charge management, materials management, laboratory management, graduate management, practice management and teaching and evaluation of management etc. It realizes the Educational Administration of the information, integration and management of paperless office. It settles the issues of heavy manual labor, error and low efficiency caused by manual operation and copy large number of teaching files fundamentally, so as to effectively promote the new teaching of the school management system reform.With the enlargement of school enrollment, with the new and the old campuses decentralization and with carrying out credit system in our school,there are a lot of problems incourses selection management system. The difficulty of courses selection has been a general consensus of the students. After the in-depth study of original educational system, it is found that improving the courses selection algorithm greatly simplifies the problem of courses selection. According to the study of courses selection algorithm, the improving can not only be fairness, but also meet the students'requirement, and embody the concept of humanistic management. While compare with traditional "first come, first choice" algorithm, this algorithm can resolve the congestion of network caused by trying to take precedence in the selection. This paper is focusing on the school's courses selection algorithm to improve the function of online course selection system.The interface of courses selection system is created by Dreamweaver and database is supported by SQL Server; use the ASP language to process users'actions. This system has been carried out in our school for trail, which can meet the basic managing requirement, and will be improved and perfected in future.
