The Research And Design Of Course Selection System Based On Distributed Web Server Cluster

Along with the rapid development of Web technology and widely use of computer, The Web applications has deep into every field of people's work and life. The development of cluster has improve the Qos of web applications efficiently, especially with the continuously develop of Linux, all kinds of Linux-based high useable clusters and load balance clusters has came out. Thus provides lots economic solution of the increasing web applications needs. The Web server cluster not only gains a higher load acceptance, but also gains a higher reliability.Many cluster system related factors should been considered during the web server cluster design, including the reliability, load balance, transparency, flexibility, management, economic et al. Nowadays all kinds of web server clusters have widely used in all profession, But because of the details and main points are various in different application, the run environments and conditions are different., therefore there isn't a cluster system that can satisfy all the web applications. So detail analysis needs during the design of special application based web sever system, all factors should be considered in order to find the most suitable solution.This thesis came from the Adult's education management system of ShenZhen University, The sub system of course selection system should accept a large visitors in a short time. According to lots articles of web server cluster that have read, this thesis analysis the characters of course selection system deeply, then combined the feedbacks appeared during the running, built a distributed web server cluster use for the level up of existed course selection system. This thesis has done some research for the structure and work principle of distributed web server cluster, and has designed a multi grade load balance that suitable forcourse select application. The thesis has also designed the load dispatcher and the load balance algorithm and then brought up a detailed implement steps of key functions, meant to improve the web server quality from spread this distributed web server cluster to other similar application system.The thesis has concluded all the work in the end, look ahead of the distributed web server cluster application, then point out the newer direction of research.
