In order to realize the automation of the weak strain signal detection, developes the the steel beam weak strain signal detection system, and on the premise of the accuracy the integration of the detection comes true. The system includes two basic parts, which are the software system and the hardware system. The hardware is a signal processing circuit, which is used for the acquisition of the signal from the experiments. The software system mainly computes and analyses the data, and the combination of the two parts satisfies the experiments. The article mainly illustrates the design of the weak signal processing circuit and the system software.The software part mainly illustrates the following topics: the task specification, the model of the system, the analysis of the design and the function realization, etc. the concrete work introduces the interface design, database design, data-processing design and I/O design, etc. The system enables to implement the four material mechanics experiments'manipulation, which are the user's information register, strain data checking and acquiring, data computing, displaying and printing the figure or the graph, experimental data query and the experimental report's printing, etc.In the part of the weak signal processing circuit, firstly reseaches the theories and methods of weak signal detection and carries on the comparation between the traditional method and the weak signal detection method. Secondly makes the plan of the weak signal detection according to the characterics of the weak steel beam strain signal. Finally designs each part of the detection circuit.
