Detailed analysis and the introduction of the software reuse technology development and the present situation, and system development application needs to use the kinds of technical knowledge, summarizes college students' apartments management work some of the problems that exist in the design requirement analysis. Using UML modeling, the students' apartments management system, combining the design scheme members extraction, finally complete students' apartments management system development to implement.
