The Design Of Adult Education School-roll Management System Based On WEB

Along with more and more in-depth and wide-range application of network information technology in management, the development of database information management system, which is based on WEB, has gradually matured in technology and become the mainstream and the development trend. Similarly, information management technology is getting involved in each area and segment of higher education with an incredible speed. Through the integrated management of the school rolls, teaching and all the other work by various types of computer management system, the education management information has become an effective way to improve the level and efficiency of school management.This paper combines the present situation of adult higher education with many years'management experiences; uses the practical application of adult-higher-education school-roll management of school of continuing education, Huainan Normal College, as the investigation background; thoroughly analyzes the individual characteristics of information management systems based on either C/S or B/S mode and comes out with an open model of adult-education school-roll management system based on B/S mode. This model realizes not only the student information sharing, but also the decentralized management of school rolls. Adult-education school-roll management is an important part of higher education teaching management and includes the basic information management of enrolled students, information management of correspondence stations, management of student grades, setting of teaching plans, information management of school change, graduates'electronic registration, report printing, information and grades searching. Referring to the domestic popular models of network management system, the paper designs the adult-higher-education school-roll management in detail with the analysis of overall demand, uses SQL SERVER 2005 as the backstage database to finish the system concept, logic and physics design, applies ASP.NET to operate and maintain the database and realizes end point login and web searching with convenience and efficiency. Based on the principles of concise, easy to operate, efficient, safe and real-time sharing, this paper has completed the overall design of six modules:management of enrolled students, management of graduates, teaching plans, management of grades, query statistics, systemic code setting. Finally the author made the conclusion with comments on future directions.
