Design And Implementation Of Citizen Identity Verification System For Commercial Banks

Verification of Public Citizens' Identity Information Project(CIVS for short),based on the existing internet platform of People's Bank of China, accepts or accepts and forwards the request of the user of People's Bank of China or Commercial banks, or the request of the front systems such as the Account System, Credit Information System, Anti- money-laundering System and so on, then sends verification requests to the Information Sharing System of Ministry of Public Security to verify Citizens'Identity information and receive the result. The commercial bank, referring to the message specification of the CIVS system, is responsibility to archive the information exchange by sending the request message and handling the results.Through a great deal of experiments, a series of valuable results are obtained which can be summarized in the following aspects:1. In this paper, we introduced the background of the CIVS system, and the current situation of Real Name of Individual Deposit Account; analyzed the characteristics of the system, the system status, and the related technologies adopted in the system development.2. We analyzed the key business functions and overall architecture of CIVS system. Also we described the connection interface technical specification of the CIVS system. We analyzed the system architecture inside commercial bank and the system's hardware and software structure frame as a whole with the module division.3. The paper makes detailed description on the design and implementation of major function module of the CIVS system inside commercial bank. Finally, it point out the future research prospects.
