This paper describes a research of applications for natural navigation of micro-biological electronic collection and storage systems. The system is designed to be used for small animals (such as the pigeon) under activity as the natural bioelectrical information interface.The requirements are small size, light weight, anti-interference ability, long continuous working time.By using a highly integrated instrumentation amplifier AD8259 to form analog front-end, and using differential inputs to suppress the high common interference of organisms and by providing the input impedance to adapt to a variety of electrodes (such as the tungsten electrodes which used to gather the discharge of single-cell with high impedance or the SMD electrodes which used to gather surface EMG with low impedance) to improve system application range. Follow-up by using high-precision operational amplifier to form the second amplification and a online high pass filter and a low-pass filter, we can improve the quality of the biological signals for the next step——conversion form analog to digital.In digital part we use Atmega8L microcontroller as the digital control chip to complete digital storage, which has a highly efficient AVR core and rich peripherals. By using the inner high-speed 10-bit ADC to achieve the conversion analog signal to digital signal, we can greatly increase the size of the system. We use the TF card which is the smallest storage to get high speed (200KB/S) mass storage, and by writing code to form the FAT16 file system,we can easily access and process the recorded data (such as convering into the intuitionistic audio file and making digital filter).By experimental results we can make sure that the micro-biological electronic collection and storage system can be widely used with good stabilization, anti-jamming ability, small size, light weight, low power consumption, so the system is easily to carried by small animals.
