As a new Internet-based distributed computing model, the Web services has the merits of openness, platform independence, loose coupling and reusability, etc., in areas such as enterprise application integration has been growing concern about the Web services. However, a single Web service could only express limited service function, so it could not meet the complex enterprise application requirements. BPEL can composed the isolated, function limited of the individual Web services together to form a complex Web services to satisfy the user requirements for complex services, and it is widely used in the definition and implementation Web services business process composition in SOA.This article aims to explore how to deal with business processes, when the dynamic Web service composition in service failure or the services provided did not reached the QoS standar, make the business processes have some adaptive capacity to meet the QoS of the user's needs.Firstly, this paper has analyzes the research status of domestic and international, proposed the monitoring and the dynamic binding self-adaptive system by improving the infrastucture of BPEL, and transparently enhancing the adaptative of existing BPEL business processes. Secondly, we introduction of the transformation tool. so, we can achieve transparency for the process developer, who does not have to provide any special constructs, and full compatibility with standard BPEL engines. Then, we detailed the study of monitor and improve of the service manager. an example for the interaction at run time between BPEL engine and the parts of infrastructure by service invoke, that when a process starts, how interaction between infrastructure and the BPEL engine, Finally, this paper evaluate the Adaptive System in five different settings in order to explore the service performance meet the user's requirement.
