TD-SCDMA, an independent intellectual property right of China, is an international mobile communication standard proposed by China. TD commercial usage started late and as the expansion of system capacity and the gradual increase of network service requirements by operators and users, it is very important to carry out the research in network optimization in order to improve system performance.In the process of TD network optimization, the mobile company manually extracts network alarms through maintenance management system from equipment manufacturers. They grasp the operation status of the network and obtain optimized solutions by artificial conclusion and analysis of the data. It is unreliable and inefficient that needed to be improved.In this paper, in order to improve the network optimization efficiency, the TD network alarm acquisition and analysis system based on C/S structure is designed and implemented which is composed of data acquisition system, client analysis system and database platform. The data acquisition system collects TD alarm timely. Based on sniffing technique, the data packets in the server network card are captured passively by raw socket. Memory pool is designed to realizes the data filter and analysis. The client analysis system updates and shows alarm which provides graph show and user-defined report generation functions. The sensitive alarm trigger, email notification service, network element configuration and filter configuration functions, are also supported. The database platform is set up to store alarms and system configuration parameter. The database automatic maintenance and management is realized by operation plans. In the end, the traffic data is predicted by dynamic training window combination forecasting model which provides auxiliary grasp to network usage trend. Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 is the software development platform for the system, and the programming language is C#. SQL Server 2005 is used as database.The system has passed the test and run normally for half a year. The average number of alarms is 1200 per hour, about 10.5 million a year, with 35 network elements. The system maintains stable and reliable. It satisfies the need of mobile company users and improves the TD network optimization efficiency.
