As a modern integrated multi-media automotive electronic system, car audio has become more and more popular in majority owners. Initially, car stereo only has simple radio function, but now it has become multi-functional. We can predict that the car audio will be more intelligent in the future. In this paper, the car audio increased many functions in traditional system which include USB/BT/IPOD/IPHONE media player, CAN bus, car phone, DIAG, communication and navigation, auxiliary driving etc.In this paper, we mainly research the key technologies in the embedded car audio display system. The car audio uses the 32-bit high performance microcontroller as CPU which belongs to Renesas. This CPU is equipped with a SH2A-FPU core and runs under the embedded RTOS platforms and has a variety of interface functions, it is able to satisfy the design requirements of the system. The development language of this system is Renesas M16C/62 series MCU C language, which is an embedded C language for embedded software development.The paper introduces the design and implement of the car stereo display system in details. The display system is a very important part in car audio. It can give the information of functional modules to the users. During the process of the display system design, firstly, we build the display system structures and divide it into four parts:DMM, Graphic, VFD Driver and Dimmer, which not only established the relationships among display module, SMM module, POWER module and other function modules, but also completed the normal screen display and improved system scalability and portability. Furthermore, for the display flicker problem, the paper focuses on the dynamic display of real-time refresh technology to ensure flicker-free and natural switch screen display. Finally, the article does the necessary researches on the design of type head and text encoding format in order to ensure that the display will not be garbled phenomenon. |
