The development and research of mineral extraction technology require modern research methods efficient and accurate for thermodynamics of mineral leaching processes.The modern computer technology and the maturity of mathematical algorithms make a reality the application of computer simulation on thermodynamics.The essence of the software refered in this paper is that getting and solving the mathematical model based on thermodynamics principles employing Newton-Raphson algorithm. According to the basic design mentioned above, the thermodynamic calculation software for mineral leaching process comes with the friendly user-interface and a thermodynamic database scalable.And the software was applied to simulate the contemporaneous equilibrium may involving multiphase and multi-component process that basic cupric carbonate or copper oxide dissolving in ammonia - water, ammonia - ammonium chloride - water, ammonium chloride - water system. The consistency of the outcome experimentally measured with that simulated of the total leaching rate of copper, prove the accuracy of the software simulation. On the other hand, the software simulation can predict the distribution of aqueous species reaching equilibrium under different initial conditions of the leaching system, that facilitating the research of the mechanism about the mineral leaching reaction.The emergence conditions of new phase precipitate Cu(OH) 1.5Cl0.5 was discussed by ways of experiments and simulation, found that the new phase precipitate Cu (OH) 1.5Cl0.5 appears within the pH range of 3.9~7.4 while the molality of total copper in solution was 0.1 mol / kg ,that of NH4 + was 3 mol / kg .Execution was the simulation of the dissolution equilibrium of nickel oxide in the ammonia - ammonium sulfate - water system. Found was that the nickel in the solution increases with the addition of ammonia, while the dissolved nickel increasing with the addition of ammonium sulfate but decreaseing with more ammonium sulfate when fixing the amounts of the ammonia.
