Integrated Navigation System is responsible for analyzing and processing data from the various navigation equipment, through the Kalman filtering algorithm and optimal control theory of knowledge will be a variety of navigation devices of the data from each other, the most optimized navigation information for ships sailing and fighting services. Integrated Navigation System can also provide various navigation devices and query the historical data storage, navigation planning and waypoint navigation information and a variety of navigation equipment status and other information, so it is very important to the navigation of the ship.Put all kinds of navigation parameters on integrated navigation display and control platform so the integrated navigation display and control units require a relatively high reliability, while integrated navigation display and control console internal applications such as dual-card, and many other backup technology, But the integrated navigation display and control console itself does not back up, once a failure occurs during the voyage, then the operator will be unable to grasp the ship's navigation and timely information, with very serious consequences.This article was designed based on Windows platform, integrated information management for portable devices. The portable system can be via Ethernet port and Ethernet network connected to ships, ships from the various navigation equipment to receive navigation information analysis and processing in the system and optimize the navigation data to the operator. Comprehensive information management through the portable device to connect anytime, anywhere on the ship, convenient access to navigation data, and it can also be integrated as a traditional back-up navigation display and control station equipment.This article is developed Integrated Information Management in the Windows Portable Devices. Non-Windows operating system for real-time characteristics of the network on the Windows system communications and data processing were carefully designed and fully tested, making the network communication delay to meet the requirements. Available through the Windows operating system, powerful graphics device interface (GDI), this design from the users point of view a convenient, intuitive human-computer interaction systems, and beautiful graphical display. We also use the MySql database to store all kinds of navigation information, and provides a powerful query system, can compare historical data from the various navigation devices and navigation data can generate a dynamic curve. In this paper, the design of software, object-oriented programming and COM component technology, making the system tend to the various functional modular structure of the whole system more reasonable and more rapid development, but also reuse of the system can be upgraded and maintainability greatly.
