Today, display and monitoring system is more widely used in the fields of engineering. It has gradually become the basic establishment in a great deal of command and control centers. It is easy to use, steady to work and can complete the man-machine communion.On the basis of dissertation request, display and monitoring system of the noise source is designed for easy operation, and it is convenient for carrying. Paper designed and implemented in two parts. On the one hand, the display and monitoring interface was exploited and implemented by Visual C++ and used on the PC (Personal Computer). On the other hand, it completed the monitoring works base on DSP (Digital Signal Processing) and displayed with the touch screen.The thesis includes, using the MFC (Microsoft Fundamental Cassese) library which is in the Visual C++, to complete the interface programmer and implement functions, that includes:transmitting signal, displaying the estate and inspecting system. After that, base on DSP to design the display and monitoring system on the touch screen and implement functions of display and monitoring. At the same time, the system implemented the extension functions of signal collection and data processing.Paper introduced that, base on Visual C++ to design interface, and it implemented the software and hardware design of portable system. Main contents includes:the design of display and monitoring interface and the communication with computer and hardware system, and then, to complete control functions on the touch screen and control the signal collection and data processing with different four channels. The material functions include: to send a single frequency signals and the different noise singles, to tail and display the work estate of the whole system and display the power amplifier state, and to complete the signal collecting and processing.The display and monitoring interface base on Visual C++, it can provide the man-machine and communication platform, to deal with the convenience of control actions. The display and monitoring of portable system base on touch screen, it is convenient for carrying. After a long time to use, the design is proved to satisfy the actual project request and the system work stably.
