| ZigBee short-range wireless communicational technology is a new emerging technology in wireless communicational area, its main responsibility is solving the low-cost, low power, low complexity, low data rate, and the close device specific applications in network. With networking technology's development in recent years, ZigBee technology will meet the spring of the development. ZigBee technology's area is extensive, such as logistics, prisons, hospitals, homes and offices systems. ZigBee technology will involve all aspects of daily life and work, giving us big convenience in the aspects of management and monitoring in work. And the ZigBee position security technology, GPS global positioning technology and geographic information technology's applying will enable prison security and prison management more convenient. Therefore, the research and design of the system is of great application significance.This projection is based on the laboratoral plan, its research is based on the theory of ZigBee technology, GPS global positioning technology, and GIS geographic information technology. Starting with explaining the general framework of the prison security system and basical working principle of the system we give the overall design and the development of systems which are involved in the major functional blocks. ZigBee wireless location technology and networking is the key technology in the system, the ultimate functional application of the system is based on the key section.This system is mainly based on the practical application. The system develops separately the escort monitoring subsystem and the area monitoring subsystem. Integrated with GPS global positioning technology and GIS geographic information system technology, we develop escort monitoring system, we use a special method which use MapX control with VC++6.0 to develop terminal monitoring system, we use Winsock technology to establish the network programming of vehicle terminal section with the central server section, and we also use dynamic link library technology and real-time database technology to applicate the function for the system cental server database. ZigBee is a key technology of wireless location network structures to achieve the ultimate positioning display section. Based on analysising the different types of point in ZigBee wireless location network we can finish the ulitimate monitoring system. Finally, we use data compression method to tackle the data of the wireless ZigBee networks, our target is to optimize the data and make the performance of the overall network to be improved. In this paper, we use data compression methods which are based on the ZigBee wireless positioning network to improve the flow of data which is involved in the system. Ultimately, we give the feasiable possibility through the experiment in laboratory, which is by the method of functional testing and performance testing. The testing results show that the design which is proposed can meet the basical needs of the practical application of functional and performance requirements. |
