Entering the 21st century, the development of computer science and technology is dramatically changing, and penetrates into various fields, promotes the development of various fields.Virtual surgery technology is the combination of virtual reality technology and modern medicine,and has been a reaserch hotspot in the computer science field. Three-dimensional model of soft tissue can be displayed in the computer screen. It convenients for doctors to virtual surgery training, designs surgical programme preoperatively, predicts postoperative effect, and the auxiliary guiding in surgery.This thesis focuses on the operation deformation model in virtual surgery system.That researches the lung tissue breathing performance of physical, mechanical properties, extractes various parameter information, this thesis puts forward a lung tissue deformable model based on the medical image,and lays the foundation for guiding bronchoscopy surgery.Firstly,this thesis researches image preprocessing technology, that include of denoising technology,interpolating among image sequences, image segmentation technology, obtaining lung tissue data. Secondly, this thesis researches on marching cubes algorithm to produce triangle mesh surface model as constrained surface of the space model.In order to reduce the computational complexity, it needs to simplify, smooth operation on the surface model. To construct the space tetrahedron mesh model, this thesis puts forward a kind of fast tectonic not overlaping tetrahedron grid algorithm. This algorithm can avoid to produce overlapping tetrahedron, and the grid unit has certain rules, it applicable to the finite element analysis model. Finally, it researches the physiological and mechanical properties of the lung tissue, and constructs a lung tissue model based on continuum mechanics.According to these properties, adjusts the parameters, can effectively simulate the breathing lung tissue deformation, calculats by finite element method. That puts forword a method to verify the deformation results.
