The Design And Implementation Of Electronic Certifcate Mangement System

Compared with traditional paper certification,Electronic Certification(E-Certification)has more advantages,and it is a necessary component for governments at all levels to carry out network examination and approval in depth.It allows you to process documents more conveniently,and the documents will not be lost,and avoid obtaining false evidence and perjury.E-Certification is the basic element to achieve nationwide cross regional,system,sectoral and level security sharing,which can help government departments to improve work efficiency by sharing E-Certification among different departments and different security systems,and create a favorable environment for development.This paper focuses on the design and implementation of the electronic certificate management system.Starting from the research purpose and significance of the E-Certification management system,it also analyzes the research status of the electronic certificate management system and finds the direction of design and implementation.Then,through the investigate and survey of the ITSS working group of the Ministry of industry and commerce,this paper obtained their actual demands for the Electronic Certification,based on the above,furthermore,this paper made an analysis of the requirements and formulated clear business functions and design contents.This project will rely on the national independent Open Fixed-Layout Document(OFD)format standards and related technologies to develop system software for all process management,including the production,processing,selection,verification,printing,and public release,etc.The specific functions include six functional module,E-Certificate Production Management,E-Certification Management,E-Certification Selection,E-Certification Verification,E-Certification Publication and E-Certification System Management.Meanwhile,these functions are exactly what the ITSS working group of the Ministry of industry needs.In the aspect of system design and realization,this paper introduces the B/S structure,three-layer structure,the standard format,OFD format generated in the certificate,OFD file reading and release and other related technologies.Then,make a describe of the whole system,to develop the design principle of the system,and the overall architecture and introduce the system design,including the function modules of the system framework,data process and critical process design,system database design and related content.Finally,the function and performance test,which prove the correctness of the implementation of the system,have reached the requirement of customers.Through in-depth investigation and careful analysis of various business processes of certification electronically,in this project,I participated in the designing and generating various types of electronic certification models that standardized the business and functional process.At the same time,I have made design and test on three functional modules of membership certification manage,distributed object manage and certificate query statistics,which help the national OFD standard realise and applicate in the certification management system.The whole system construction lasted a year and a month,the successful use of the system has not only solved the problems of certificate making,proof,preservation and destruction of the ITSS working group of the Ministry of industry for a long time.It has fully realized the E-certification.At the same time,it has proved the conformity of the new technology in this paper,and has accumulated experience for the application of E-certification in China and realized the needs of the customers.At the same time,the purpose of the study is achieved.
