The construction of university information system is an important way to deepen educational reform of higher education, improve the personnel training quality, and promote the project construction of education quality comprehensively. Along with the rapid development of network, information technology progresses, the establishment of the campus network and information platform of structures, OA and other office applications, information management has become the focus of school management. In my college, since the limit of the manpower, the physical and the financial resource, the information management of the college is still in the unusual backwardness, as far as the financial aspects of information management is not to mention. It relies on manual working to make out bill or list when students pay tuition, to find out the statistics of students'tuition, to search the roster of students has not marked, to check the student's personal record of arrears situation and so on. In a word, it is not only low efficiency, but also error prone.In order to solve the problems about students paying fee and the statistics inquires, the paper, based on in-depth analysis of the system, first introduces the system technology frame, carries on the detailed functional analysis and design of the system, finally realizes financial information management.System uses the B/S structure, the whole platform is divided into:the presentation layer, logic transaction layer, data persistence layer. The web as a system to Tomcat6.0 container; Mysql database as a basis; be achieved through the DAO design pattern; the business logic, mainly through MVC design pattern to control; the presentation layer, mainly through regular completion of JSP technology with Ajax interface design; log tracking using Log4j implementation. Three major J2EE framework using SSH (Struts2, Spring and Hiberate) integration of systems development, financial system integration application to achieve loose coupling among the various levels, effective optimization of the system structure, improve the system scalability, reducing the complexity of the system reliability and maintenance difficult. At the same time, the system has nothing to do with the platform, portability, reusability.
