With the rapid development of information technology and E-commerce, an increasing number of documents flow over the network by electronic form. Electronic documents' transmission over the network has greatly enhanced the efficiency of business enterprises and government departments. But how to ensure the security of the transmission, such as, confidentiality, integrity and non-repudiation of documentation handlers' action, is the most important problem of the security circulation of official documents. Traditional digital signature technology is not suitable for China, and the best way to solve these security problems is to integrate the traditional visual seal of electronic signature technology with it. Therefore, researching on electronic signature technology is of great practical significance.We research on the key technologies of electronic signature and implement a set of electronic signature controls oriented Office. Our solution is based on the law of electronic signatures, using USBKey and ActiveX technologies. Research work includes:(1) An electronic signature solution based on USBKey authentication and digital signatures is proposed. It effectively solve the security problems of the authentication and signature information in electronic signature systems. Currently, there is a lot of the authentication and information encryption methods, but the one based on the USBKey is the most secure authentication and encryption methods. Combining the characteristics and advantages of USBKey, we proposed a solution based on USBKey authentication and digital signatures solves the security problems in the electronic signature authentication and message encryption.(2) An implementation of electronic signature control method based on ActiveX is proposed. It can realize an electronic signature of online Office documents. In order to meet the functional requirements of electronic sign control, we propose an implementation method of the Office sign control based on ActiveX technology and VAB-OLE technology. This method realizes all of the function of signature control and solves the problem of product upgrades and maintenance costs, offline check and verify, secondary development and system integration effectively.(3) A document flow system is designed and implemented based on USBKey and digital signature control, which solves the security problem in traditional document flow systems effectively. Document's confidentiality, integrity, validity and reliability are the key problems in the document flow system which must be addressed. We design and implement a document flow system which based on USBKey and the security of electronic signature.
