Finite element analysis has been widely used in today's product testing, the premise of which is meshing, which is the discretization of the overall stuctrue. The meshing that using tetrahedral mesh can balance the speed, get the mesh quality that expected to assure the strength of quality, and user can control parameter and achieve feasible algorithms. Variational tetrahedral meshing focuses on using high-ruled tetrahedral mesh to create mesh, and can display well. Relatively, most meshing algorithms of the finite element analysis condute on the smooth model, there is very few studies on the mechanical model. For the analysis, not only that the grid cell is very important, but also good B-Rep is essential. Featured mechanical model contains a special featured represented B-Rep, such as a side or a angle that needs well expressed in a grid, so we can take advantage of high-quality mesh element to mesh those models. Various times during the design phase, the physical attributes of the product are simulated by analysis of model. For each analysis, we have to create a mesh to present the geometry of the model at a selected control point. Especially, in the later stages of development, during the design iterations user often only change minor amount to a model. A better approach is to reuse the former mesh, by using remeshing technique.This article will extend variational tetrahedral meshing to apply to mechanical models of finite element anysis. In order to obtain the boundary adapting to the analysis, through making a good choice upfront for the number of boundary samples and the number of nodes, and using node division when the potential problem was dicovered in the optimization. We put forward an alternative extraction of mesh, and then better implement extracting the mesh. In order to study remeshing technique, this paper presents a new method based on efficient meshing to effectively construct a new tetrahedral mesh based on tetrahedral mesh of the semantic feature model. This achieve through analyzing the feature difference of two feature model(modified before/after), directly relating the copied nodes of original mesh into the modified model, combined with expansion of freedom nodes set to optimize. Through this method, the geometric poperties of feature model can be found the inherent consistency of it, and we can associate with the previous mesh. Finally, the completly quality mesh can be rapidly generated in maintaining quality of existing conditions.
