Because of frequently natural, disastersand accidents, birth defects, these were important for disabled persons to equipped with the appropriate prosthetic. Three-dimensional reconstruction of prosthetic mold mainly related to binocular stereo vision technology and three-dimensional reconstruction. The key technology of binocular stereo vision and three-dimensional reconstruction included: Camera calibration methods, Image preprocessing, Image matching method, Triangulation methods. In this paper, the main work was as follows:The camera calibration of linear model was analyzed. ZhangZhengYou camera calibration method was used to set up a corresponding projection matrix. This paper analyzed the causes of image distortion. This paper used the method realize the image distortion of correction, which can easily solve question with a least square method.Studied the mechanism of extremely line calibration technology, using a step-by-step method, which could solve this problem.Used comprehensive pretreatment methods, which used Gaussian Filtering, average filtering, Histogram equalization technique, Laplace filtering to solve the denoising problem and differences in brightness.In stereo matching stages, this paper used region algorithm to obtain the initial matching the price and constructed parallax space image after using the dynamic programming, while the global optimization strategy determine the ultimate parallax. In order to reduce the time of control points, this paper calculated by the dynamic programming optimization method. This paper used wavelet method decomposition the image. The above after processing, we could obtain prosthetic images match result.In three-dimensional reconstruction process stages, this paper used triangulations technology as the research object to analyze difference between planar projection and directly geophysical processes. This paper presents the design principle and implementation of two-dimensional Delaunay geophysical processes technology, 3d Delaunay geophysical processes technology and the divide and conquer algorithm.Finally, from the whole experiment of the prosthesis model reconstruction, This paper proved camera calibration method, distortion correction, extremely line calibration, image pretreatment, stereo match, triangulation the feasibility of the method. Experimental results showed that based on the above link selection methods were effective.
