The information in our lives has becoming more and more with the fast development of science and technology, and information has become an important part in people's lives. It plays a key role for the progress of an enterprise to efficiencily deal with the network business information. The raise of information has brought some peoblem to us when it bringing so much conveniention. Persons and enterprises faee the greate challenge of information proeess,How to control the increasing information, how to take full advantages of the information we have and how to get the right message we really want quikly from the mess information. The problem has become the hot question in information society.Nowdays, people payed more and more attentions on the information storage and retrieval, There have been some technology such as network storage and so on. They have resoved some problem about information storage and retrieval. But, account to the expending problem of storage and the mentality of retrieval, there still some problems.The paper started from information storage and retrieval, combined with Agent and cloud compute technology, this paper conducts an investigation into the storage and retrieval of network business information. Firstly, this paper introduces the current network business information storage and retrieval model, and bring forward an improved network business information storage model based on cloud compute technology and network business information retrieval model based on Agent. According to the situation of ZRSOFT, this paper proposes an suitable cloud storage system based on Agent technology for information resource share and retrival.
