The development of new media has expedited the Omni media time arrival. Newcommunication pattern of cross-form, cross-means and cross-media change the way ofinformation dissemination and access, which has a profound impact on the relationship of theinformation game among government, media, public in the flow of information, challenge thecrisis information release capacity and effect of government in particular. Under the Omnimedia linguistic environment, media freedom expand which weaken the government absolutecontrol of information; Public dissemination capacities upgrade which dilute the effect of thegovernment guidance of public opinion; Weak information gatekeeper further increase thedifficulties of government information denoising. Meanwhile obsolete way reveal thediscomfort of the times, as a result, government crisis information release need a urgenttransformation.However, the Omni media linguistic environment which means multi-media, cross-mediacommunication pattern not only present a challenge to the government crisis management,butalso offer media and technology tools for the transformation and mechanisms construction togovernment's crisis information dissemination. This article put forward the goverment to relyon the omni media information dissemination platform, to establish a scientific informationsystem, to improve monitoring and diverting mechanisam of public opinion, and to sound thespokesman system, the evaluation mechanism and accountability mechanism,on the basis ofthe analysing of omni media path,combining with a new feature of dissemination ofinformation, so as to build the crisis information dissemination mechanism in times,which canimprove the efficiency and eliminate the negative impact crisis information dissemination inthe context of omni media.
