Photonic crystal fiber has a lot of excellent characteristics than traditional fiber, soin recent years the photonic crystal fiber is widely used as an optical branch. This papersimulates and analyses the change of dispersion, confine loss, and nonlinearcharacteristics with changing of the instruction parameter of photonic crystal fiber withmicro-structure core. Then this paper analyses and studys the relation between them.Finally we have designed two kinds of photonic crystal fiber with microstructured corebased on the law.Firstly, this paper introduces the research background, significance and the sorts ofphotonic crystal fiber, then expounds on the theory, derivation process and usingconditions.Secondly, this paper brings in a mixing of germanium high refractive index bar anda layer of air holes which round the high refractive index bar in the core of double layernear zero dispersion flat photonic crystal fiber. Using the multipole method numericalsimulate dispersion, the confine losses, effective mode area properties with changed ofdoping rods, air hole diameter, the spacing between them. Finally we get the rules withthe changed of structural parameters.Thirdly, this paper brings in an air hole in the double layer octagon photonic crystalfiber and simulates the changes of dispersion, confine losses and effective mode areawith the change of center hole, hole of cladding, hole interval. Finally we get the ruleswith the changed of structural parameters.Finally, this paper accords to the change rules of microstructure photonic crystalfiber, designs a low normal dispersion hexagon flat dispersion photonic crystal fiber anda octagon near zero dispersion flat photonic crystal fiber. And this paper numericalanalyzes the confine loss and effective mode area. And these fibers realize the lowconfine loss and high nonlinear coefficient.
