Design And Actualization On OA Management System Of Rural Government Based J2EE

Rural government OA (office automation) management system is intended to achieve organization-wide information resource, office management modernization, transport network, play fully the role of the core backbone of rural government to building high-quality and high-efficiency of OA management system that providing service for executive and office. Researched profoundly from the administrative units in rural areas and daily office business process needs, the administrative unit for rural business complexity and demand for real-time data to design a rural administrative units for the OA management system. Details below.On the basis of researching the traditional OA Management System and the specific business needs of the rural administrative units, the thesis analyzed in-depth the detailed needs of OA management system of rural government. In the process of analysis, broken down the specific module, and descripted the workflow of each module through functional analysis of diagrams and chart. Based on the analysis of demand for OA management system modules, the author put forward ideas and functional processes aimed to functional module of OA management system, selected J2EE as the system architecture, SQL2005 for the database memory, JSP as a development language, achieved the development of OA management systems. Finally, OA management system was tested detailedly through functional testing and other aspects.The system on-line verified that OA management system was effective to improve the management efficiency of the rural administrative units, and to facilitate the integration and sharing of information resources in the administrative units in rural areas. Executive management in rural areas not only grasped accurately the daily work of information management, but also found conveniently relevant sharing information.
