The Research And Application Of Video Surveillance System

The operation safety of urban rail transit is the key problem of rail traffic construction.In this paper,we use the existing video capture of video surveillance images to build a large passenger flow warning system through traffic analysis computing technology.That helps the operator to take necessary emergency in passenger transport organization and passenger safety,achieving the purpose of safe operation.We first analyze the stranded passenger problem existing in the N city subways transfer station.Based on that,we develop a feasibility scheme that a early-warning system for large flow,and gives the management design,interface design,diversified design,performance design and functional module design in the early warning system.We put forward specific server function requirements in the large flow early-warning system,solve the problem that passenger number recognition highly depends on the configuration of monitoring equipment(eg.type,image format,image quality),and guarantee the high precision for the large flow as well as good flexibility,applicability and versatility.Given a design plan of three site large passenger flow warning system,we establish a Comprehensive crisis relieved mechanism that monitoring,early warning,crisis disposal.Through the station and the total transfer center client we make up viewing any time of the early warning information between the Internet and the mobile phone client.In this paper,we have measured the amount of the overall engineering plan,and given the specific technical parameters.In this study we uses a lot technological means including intelligent video analysis to achieve real-time,efficient and accurate traffic information collection,analysis,alarm,breaking the single way just rely on personnel patrol emergency passenger warning,and start the response-disposal procedure fitted with that system in time.Therefore,it has improved response and disposal efficiency for large passenger flow.And it has also reduced the personnel and equipment damage caused by accidents.
