Construction And Research Of Police Criminal Investigation Data Warehouse

Recent years,with the full implementation of"Golden Shield Project", the information project of public security has got the tremendous achievements,but there are still some problems,for this reason, the papers introduced data warehouse and data mining technology into the public security information systems so as to solve the above problem.In this paper, first of all, according to the major features of the data warehouse and data organization, combined with the current problems in law enforcement database, gives the overall framework for data warehouse of criminal investigation, at the same time, theme for the suspect, subject criminal cases, police officers subject to performance analysis and modeling, and gives a detailed analysis and design for forensic data extraction, data cleansing and conversion, data collection and load, slaying a foundation for further data mining. Then, research and analysis the characteristic of data mining in the forensic data warehouse, as well as the application limitation of Apriori algorithm in the criminal investigation, and proposed two kinds of method made the improvement to the traditional Apriori algorithm , one is for new emerging crime, propose improvements based on the sensitivity of the Apriori algorithm, the improved algorithm improves the algorithm's time efficiency, and new crime project is sensitive; the other is proposed based on degree of interest, the improved algorithm reduces the low degree of interest in the generation of candidate item sets, reducing the size of frequent item sets generated, and the use of simulation model validation its feasibility and effectiveness.By building a data warehouse of criminal investigation, significantly improves the productivity of all sectors of the Public Security Bureau, at the same time as a result of the Association rule mining, mining the data from a large number of crimes can be achieved a number of potentially useful information, improving the capacity of the public security authorities investigating.
