After decades of development, E-mail has become routine work, the indispensable component in the life, has become the main channel people communicate.Due to the rise of office automation, E-mail and with its convenient, quick characteristic, is widely used in enterprise office automation system.In the enterprise, email email has is not only a simple communication tool,It has become the core business of office automation system, it become enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and influential means.Hunan Science and Technology Department under the State Science and Technology Award of the relevant provisions, the establishment of the Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Award,To reward the scientific and technological progress have made outstanding contributions to citizens and organizations.To improve the efficiency of science and technology awards accreditation to achieve standardization of technology and the award review process network, Hunan Science and Technology Department to establish an expert review system.The system can use the computer network management technology award assessment work,and be able to achieve expert review system, recommended units, assessment experts, network interconnection.To achieve expert review system, the communication between evaluation experts, need a networking platform to meet the needs of expert review system.Because e-mail easy, fast, wide range of applications and other advantages, the paper chose to use e-mail, to achieve expert review system and the interconnection between evaluation experts.Expert review system has some new requirements on network interconnection platform:Need to implement automated e-mail reception, to achieve automatic e-mail listserv to achieve automation of the received mail classification function;After considering sending and receiving mail server restrictions and other factors, Need to design a the algorithm for mass-mailing can improve the efficiency and Arrival rate;Need to achieve step by sending login information, and set the validity period of password security methods to protect privacy experts.The system consists of an existing mail service both private and universal.Among them, the general majority of the mail service system, but the universal mail service system can only provide the basic functions of e-mail, and can not provide the enterprise's business needs to provide more comprehensive services.And a dedicated e-mail service system is based on the design of specific business needs, not diverted to the expert review system.Therefore, in order to meet the needs of expert review system, we design a system for peer-reviewed e-mail service system.These research results have been applied in the expert review system, the system is working to achieve the design requirements.
