Demand for energy in the world is more and more nervous; enterprise energy management is becoming increasingly prominent. Effective energy management can reduce production costs; save energy; meet the current emissions-reduction targets at home and abroad.This dissertation describes the existing enterprise energy management approach is based on experience rather than the quantitative management, indicates the establishment of energy management information system is necessary. This dissertation introduces MES theory, proposes MES model-based energy management information system and gives the system-building programs.Considering the timing and security, this dissertation takes chilled water system for the pilot and sets up a subsystem - chilled water management information system. This dissertation firstly analyzes the existing chilled water system's deficiencies, proposes the goals of information system. Then analyzes some laws of the existing system can be optimized. Based on MES I build chilled water subsystem software architecture diagram and hardware architecture diagram. Finally I successfully establish the chilled water management information system. The pilot project demonstrated MES method applying for energy management information system is feasible.The main theory of knowledge used in this article as: energy management information systems and MES. Energy management information system is to monitor and use information technology to manage energy consumption. Through the establishment of energy statistics database, we can integrate enterprise energy information and achieve centralized management, information sharing. A manufacturing execution system (MES) is a control system for managing and monitoring work-in-process on a factory floor. MES keeps track of all manufacturing information in real time, receiving up-to-the-minute data from robots, machine monitors and employees. Although manufacturing execution systems used to operate as self-contained systems, they are increasingly being integrated with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software suites. The goal of a manufacturing execution system is to improve productivity and reduce cycle-time, the total time to produce an order. Energy management is an important function of MES.The main contribution of this dissertation and innovation are as follows: Prevailing energy management of domestic enterprises is empirical. Based on MES'key features: real-time data collection, real-time processing, enterprises can build energy management information system. This can help other MES and enterprise energy management researchers expand their idea.
