Control System Study On Public Performances Platform

Public performance platform can best reflect the contemporary civilization of a country or regional development process, and mechanical and electrical control system as the soul of public platform, so they are particularly important. The electrical control system determine the platform performance to some extent. Advanced control system determines the performance of the advanced ability of the platform, control system reliability is also bound to determine the performance reliability of the platform.In this paper, I take the Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center performing arts center for the material. Analyzing mechanical characteristics of the performance platform, including of retractable door system, inner and outer rotating arc rotating beams; describing the performance platform control requirements; designing the public performance platform control system. The control system includes of a slave system; master system; human-machine interface system; and industrial ethernet and industrial wireless networking systems in order to make sure communication and data exchange for whole systems. All systems are starting from the control requirements, then configureing hardware, designing electrical schematic, setting the parameters of electrical installations, writing the control program. In this paper the industrial ethernet and industrial wireless networking are applied to public performance platform.The industrial wireless networking can satisfy the real-time reliable communication and can also solve the wire communication problems because some place is very difficult for wire network. It is also a powerful supplement for the current cable network as the primary communication. In this paper, I chose the popular PLC for master and slave control system, thus ensuring the reliability of the entire control system. Closed-loop control strategies are used sophisticated control system.The slave stations use PID closed-loop control. One slave and the other slave synchronization control use the internal closed-loop control in master station. The features is that one slave station follows and changes from another reference station, and takes the reference station's output object as the input for itself input, so it can ensure system accuracy and synchronization.The public performance platform control system in the Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center performing arts center is a good application. Because of easy operation and running well, the clients and stage staff satisfy and praise.
