The explosion of data increase requires higher and higher storage capacity. Many operators of the distributed storage system invest much money in ordering storage equipment and give rise to the cost of keeping the system running and maintaining the system. However, there are plenty of storage resources in the Internet which are not utilized rationally. In order to reduce the running and maintaining cost of the distributed storage system, storage system should integrate and utilize these storage resources to provide storage services.Cloud Storage Based on Open Network Storage Resource integrates the storage resources in the Internet to provide stable, reliable, sustaining storage services for the user. The user doesn't communicate with a single storage node, but a group of storage nodes. A single storage node's failure can't affect the availability of the system. In order to achieve loose coupling of each module, the system adopts hierarchical design idea in the design process. The upper layer uses the interfaces provided by the lower layer; the lower layer provides service for the upper layer. These inter-connected and isolated layers compose the system. There are several core algorithms in the system's design process. In order to assure the security of user data in the transmission, the system adopts encryption algorithm. The system achieves data's accurate localization algorithm in the remote server. The algorithm saves the search time on the remote server when user retrieves data from the remote server. The system adopts strategy to the failed tasks in data transmission to reduce the probability of the failed tasks.System evaluation demonstrates that the system can communicate with the remote server. It can achieve data transmission with the remote server. Data's accurate localization algorithm reduces the search time greatly when the remote server stores amounts of data. The data acquisition time reduces 20 percent when the system retrieves huge data with the data's accurate localization algorithm. When it comes to some small data, the acquisition time can even reduce 54 percent.
