With the development of economy, the product has been greatly enriched, but the counterfeit products have also become part of people's everyday life. Drug safety is a big problem in people's livelihood. Counterfeit drugs not only bring huge economic losses to nation, company and person, but also does great harm to peoples's lives and healths.On account of the importance of drug safety and the shortage of current anti-counterfeit technologies, we suggest a new anti-counterfeiting system, which collects secure anti-counterfeit, recall of unsafe drugs, statistical forecast, secure electronic payment together. The system comprises of anti-counterfeiting center(Trusted Third Party), manufacturer, seller, customer and bank. The system introduces Trusted Third Party as the notary and supervision unit. Firstly, it provides a simple and easy way for customers to judge the true from the false while purchasing product; Secondly, it makes sure all the unsafety drug will be recalled quickly, and will not go back to the market again; Thirdly, it provides a statistic forecast model by using trading information for the producers and sellers to make a right decision; Finally, it also provides different ways for the customers to pay, including cash and two ways of electronic payment. Finally, in order to improve desgin quality of sofrware, we introduce the C/S three-tier architecture and the J2EE architecture to our system. We also analysis function of each tier, and then give a brief introduction to the architecture of the server and client.
