Tobacco diseases and pests are important factors affecting the quality of tobacco, which directly restrict the development of Chinese tobacco industry. The tobacco growing areas have the features of scattered geographical distribution and large differences in climatic conditions. Usually many traditional ways were used to prevent and control the Tobacco diseases and pests, such as the alarm by telephones, sending technicians to the farmland, and so on. What we need is an effective mechanism for information collection and transmission. At present, the forecasting network composed of cities, counties, reporting stations and professional technical personnel has been established initially in Chongqing. However, the informatization management for the collection and transmission of the tobacco information, and the prevention and control measures of the effective feedback has not realized.Aim at the actual process of the information collection and processing in tobacco diseases and pests forecasting work, this paper makes a further study of the key technology of tobacco diseases and pests forecasting system based on detailed demand analysis. An Object-oriented system mode had been designed and developed, which plays an important role in guiding the information processing of the domestic tobacco industries.The main contents of this paper can be summarized as following:①Basing on research and study for the demand of tobacco diseases and pests forecasting system, establish architecture by hierarchical framework idea into service interface layer, data access layer, business logic and Web interface layer, and designed with detail;②Depending on role-based access control and combining right control demand of each position of tobacco diseases and pests forecasting, expand the function of basic RBAC and realizes fine-grained access control function of quadratic assignment;③On the base of LINQ-database access technology research, which belongs to Framework3.5, access the underlying database, which is encapsulated in database access layer of multi-layer architecture;④On the base of WCF technology research, achieve data communication between service interface layer and function modules such as forecasting by graph;⑤On the base of Silverlight3.0 technology research, realizes the way that shows information of level of Tobacco diseases and pests on browser by cartoon;⑥On the base of AJAX technology research, reduce the pressure on network and serves,give users better experience.
