The Research And Implement Of The Tobacoo Processing Line Information Management System Based On B/S Structure

The management and control system of the tobacoo processiong line is the key technology transformation of the tobacoo processing workshop in the cigarette factory. The system is divided into three levels—the equipment control, the centralized monitoring and the information management. Through the three networks the equipment network, the control network and the information network, the whole system is integrated as one to complete the control of craft equipments, the centralized monitoring of various parameters and the production information management. The system mainly includes such six functional modules as the production management, the craft management, the quality control, the user management, the system maintenance and exit the system.This thesis devotes to the tobacoo processing line information management system's research, it introduces development trend and the current situation of the tobacoo processing line information management systems first, proposes the B/S mode solution based on the realities of the technical innovation that in the tobacoo processing workshop.Through the requirement analysis and function analysis of the tobacoo processing workshop for information management, this thesis establishes the function module structure of the tobacoo processing line information management, owning to the above, the thesis also designs and develops the tobacoo processing line information management system on B/S mode, gives the detail introducation about the key technologies of the system, researches the security problem of the system last.This thesis originates in the production site, the system developed has passed test, inspection and acceptance, and has come into use.
