Computer laboratory arrangement is the most basic, important and complex work of educational management in vocational and technical colleges. It arranges laboratories and schedule for experimental courses so that the entire teaching can be in a planned and orderly manner.Course timetabling problem is a multi-constraint multi-objective optimization problem and its essence is timetabling issue which has already been identified as NP-complete problem. The arrangement of time, classes, laboratories and teachers, many colleges urgently need an efficient channel to solve the problem of conflicts . They also need an integrated management platform to record and solve the feedback from teachers and students. Efficiency is a valuable asset for industry and how to provide better services to colleges is very concerned by teachers. Computer laboratory arrangement system will provide effective management of schools. This article uses the greedy algorithm to deeply analyze arranging factors and constraints, Develops a course-arrangement optimization objective, Designs a suitable encoding model for operation and gives reasonable calculated method of fitness value. The algorithm analysis having discussed that row class realizes process and key,the cause that conflict produces, has given out a problem resolving a scheme. The Systems use Visual Basic. Net development tools and SQL Server 2000 as software for the background database development, designed and realized experiment teaching arrangement based on the connection rule algorithm.Though the algorithm there are many benefits, there are deficiencies in this paper,it will be a great deal of in-depth study, the course arrangement system more complete.
