This article make High Frequency Surface Wave Radar(HFSWR) radar and multi-ship based radar systems combined, the new radar system not only has the characteristics of the High Frequency Surface Wave Radar systems will also have the advantage of multi-ship based Radar systems, it can bring the advantage of Anti- interference, anti-destroying, anti-low altitude penetration, anti-stealth, and other areas. In order to continue to study the performance of this radar system, and provide a theoretical basis for signal processing and treatment methods ,Our in-depth analysis of radar system components and Target Echo,and give a simula- tion method of sea clutter waveform and simulation results in detail. Traditional mathematical simulation formula not only need large amount of mathematical calculation,but also not easy to consider various environmental factors. This paper provides a fast method of calculation.Considering bistatic radar is the basis of multi-ship based ground wave OTH radar. Bistatic Clutter Spectrum broadening involving the speed changes of load ship,the bistatic angle changes of echo,and eccentricity of the ellipse changes.The first-order and second-order sea clutter are emulated in this dissertation,which discussed the differences between the monostatic and bistatic radar and analysed various of factors which influence the scatter spectrum.Firstly, this article analyses the composition and characteristics of bistatic radar system and introduce the basic bistatic radar geometry. Based on these researches,disposition of the multistatic radars is discussed. Then this paper will conduct in depth study of the simula- tion of sea clutter.Then, the theoretical analysis of single/double base target and sea clutter simulation model is indepth study.The the echo spectrum broadening case between the still and moving conditions has been compared.Finally, spectral analysis of targets and sea clutter under the conditions of single/double-bases are Provided.and the GUI interface of signal simulation is displayed.For the further study,one provides a mature simulation software for the afterwards signal processing .
