Highlights changes in the advertising industry with the development of digital and communicative technologies .In the changing ecology of advertising industry, different forms of new media have become the engine of the advertising industry. Compared with china, The United States has a more relatively sophisticated system of regulation of new-media advertising.Firstly, given the comprehensive analysis to the advertising regulation system of the United States, we realize that it is a big challenge to construct a new system for the regulations of new-media advertisingSecondly, we revealed that the laws of new-media advertising affected by political system, market economy, culture, values of America.Thirdly, as increasingly powerful force of consumers, more and more interests of consumers had reflected in the regulations and laws of new-media advertising. To sum up, it will be a key for the development of new-media advertising industry that a new system of regulations and laws exists with the flexibility to confront a changing media landscape.
