In recent years, tourism e-commerce has come into full flourish. Models based on tourism e-commerce come thick and fast so that more and more people would like to utilize the call centre (telephone), Internet, mobile phone (wap site or client software) and any other e-commerce channels to obtain travel information and reserve their trip. Tourism e-commerce websites are stepping into large scale and internationalization. Tourism e-commerce involves massive amount of information and huge capital flow and the information updates rapidly. In order to provide real-time, accurate, rich, appropriate and stable tourism product information, these websites have to be improved in terms of the structure to be be adapted to the quick development of market, to provide extensions, to support the growth of product categories and to meet the high load of online access and high concurrency of transactions. So it is necessary to create a highly available distributed tourism e-commerce website to conform to company's strategic goals and adapt to rapid business developments. The thesis conducts a business analysis of tourism e-commerce, modeling of tourism e-commerce website and a research on optimization, implementation and verification of distributed architecture of website. The researches list as follows:(1) Business Analysis of Tourism E-commerce. The thesis analyzes the business characteristics of tourism e-commerce and functions of the system architecture, referring to domestic mature tourism e-commerce websites.(2) Design of System Architecture Solution to Tourism E-commerce Website. The thesis Studies site's database, application, Web Server and the theory distributed systems, which includes load balancing algorithm, distributed cashing, database horizontal segmentation and vertical segmentation modeling. Considering characteristics of tourism e-commerce with high performance and accuracy, we design an appropriate database, cache, cluster-optimized architecture program.(3) Implementation and Verification of Tourism E-commerce Website's System Architecture.According to database, caching, clustering optimization, the thesis achieves the goal of a distributed database, data caching and page caching, distributed cluster system applications. Compared with the previous versions of the system efficiency and the ability to process information, the design of the new system is successful.Based on architecture of large e-commerce website design and characteristics of the tourism industry, the main result of the study is to design a suitable framework for the e-commerce website in the tourism industry. Improving the load capacity of the site makes the possibilities of the real-time updates of the site, reduces order processing time, betters business processing ability, decreases error rate resulting from high concurrency. The outcome of the study gives a good reference for those who are seeking optimization solutions to tourism e-commerce website.
