The comparison of tool processing mark images is the promotion and application of digital image processing technology,which is used in industrial production,evidence identification and other fields.The comparison system of tool processing mark images is to examine the tool processing mark feature by digital image processing algorithms. The comparison system of tool processing mark images makes up some defects of the traditional manual inspection,for example,low efficiency of traditional manual inspection,human resource consumption,test accuracy over-reliances on the experience of inspectors.Therefore,the proposed system is a very effective recognition.This thesis focuses on tool processing mark images, creating a comparison system of tool processing mark images by image processing technology,including automatic identification and manual alignment.Automatic identification subsystem is to examine tool processing mark images through texture analysis.First,extract the feature by means of gray level co-occurrence matrix and wavelet transform algorithm;second,classify and identify based on the extracted features;finally,select the algorithm of the highest recognition rate as extraction algorithm of such tool processing mark images.Manual matching subsystem is aimed to design the interface of artificial comparison.It imitates the function of comparing tool processing mark images under microscope,this subsystem is to reconfirm the initial identification of tool processing mark images and improve the recognition accuracy.The system is realized in VC++6.0 platform by C++ programming.The automatic and manual matching methods are combined in this comparison system of tool processing mark images.It has a good effect on recognition of tool processing mark images and overcomes the problem of long time,low precision, strong manual intervention and so on in traditional manual inspection.
