| With the rapid development of the rag trade and industrial automation, in order to achieve high-volume, standardized, automated production needs,the demand for the industrial sewing machine is growing day by day. The drive control system which is the core of the industrial sewing machine determines its skill level of performance. An efficient performance of a control system for industrial sewing machine is studied in this thesis based on the practical application and demand.In this thesis, the background and significance of the topic are analyzed firstly. The industrial sewing machine drive control system development process are introduced. Then the basic structure of PMSM, the work principle of PMSM, the math model of PMSM, theory of field-oriented control of PMSM and space vector PWM are described particularly. On the basis, the overall design of the system is completed. The control board, the display and operation panel and the foot board are designed. In hardware design, the motor control series chip dsPIC33FJ64MC506 is used as the main control chip. Intelligent Power Module FSBB20CH60 is selected for motor control inverter circuits. In software design, model design method is used to design this system. The system structure which is consisted of the software initialization model, man-machine interactive model, motor control model and sewing function control model is proposed.The test methods and procedures are given in the thesis. Tests are carried out according to the actual situation of production at last. The results show that the system is not only a good sewing machine to achieve the corresponding functions. More importantly, the system is start-up quickly, the stop needle position is accreted, the line mark is tidy and the operation is steady. So the control system can fully satisfied with the partner's requirements. |
