The Design Of A New SCM Experimental Device Which Bases On A Variety Of Chips And Control Objects

At present, the SCM has been applied to automatic control, intelligent equipment, intelligent appliances and many other fields. The design ideas and design tools have been widely infiltrated most areas of electronic technology. It can easily replace the function of certain digital circuits. It is a powerful weapon to train students awareness of innovation. Most universities has been widely carried out experiments and practical teaching. SCM has become the most popular electronic systems application. But most schools'laboratory use hardware emulator with the experimental board. This model allows students to experiment with the system can only be limited to the hardware given. Because most of the hardware has been connected, students can only be very small part of the experimental projects. Even students have done the experiments on requirements in the laboratory, can only say that the students have a more in-depth knowledge of points about MCU, and have some programming experience. However, they can not find the feeling of the design hardware. To further promote experimental teaching, developing a new experimental device of SCM is very necessary.This paper describes the background and significance of researching the new experimental device, summed up the problems of traditional experimental teaching aids. And then selected for the experimental device and the development of the software was introduced. Then, there is the proposed of the overall design. The schematic, the PCB board design and the debug of hardware have been introduced. It focuses on the design of core board 51 and the DSP simulation circuit board. Experimental device is given this set of experiments can be done. Finally, the shortcomings of the design work and future goals have been summed up.
