With the status of confidentiality had gradually recognized by domestic and foreign enterprises, enterprises increasingly emphasis on confidentiality. How to enhance the protection of trade secrets is becoming a hot and difficult issues of concern.For the importance of trade secrets to enterprises,the competitors of enterprises often unscrupulously obtain the trade secrets, because the need for work, there will be a lot of people access to trade secrets, which gives the opportunity to the competitors, who bribe internal employees to steal or stolen trade secrets of the enterprise, and now the enterprise lack intensity in the management of trade secrets, often appear such a situation: trade secret was theft, people who contacts with trade secret do not admit that they steal the trade secret, the company can not find out who stole trade secrets finally, it not only bring economic losses to the company, employees will be brought to the unrest ,which is not conducive to the development of enterprises. But how to reduce such things happen? Put trade secrets into storage bins, seems to be a good choice.Since either storage bins systems based on password or storage bins system based on IC card, as well as the storage bins system based on fingerprint, exist one issue or another. For example, the storage bins system based on password and IC card have some security issues, such as the password is lost or stolen by others, the events frequently occur that IC card is forged to cause the loss. the storage bins system based on fingerprint, the time of appearance is not long, the degree of acceptance by the public is limited, the other, it more or less have some security issues, people contact with a lot of things, so people can leave fingerprints, if the fingerprints get by malicious people, which will give their incurring losses.In this paper, considering the need for enterprises to protect trade secrets and the disadvantage of locker system, based on the original electronic storage bins, design a remote electronic locker management system based on password, IC card and fingerprint, apply the fingerprint identification technology to the locker system, eliminate many defects of the current locker system, while having greatly improved on the safety, convenience and easy maintenance, put forward the concept of distance, users can view the information in storage bins conveniently, meet the companies'needs for the protection of trade secrets.In the text ,mainly research confidential storage bins systems base on the web environment, the password, IC card and fingerprint recognition can be used lonely or simultaneously, the study's biggest advantage is that as long as as long as any place which access to Internet will view and manage status of confidential storage bins.In the paper, elaborated on the importance of trade secrets, and trade secrets have been classified,for the advantages and disadvantages of storage bins, based on the original electronic storage bins system, proposed a remote electronic storage bins management system to meet the needs to protect trade secrets for modern business; then for storage bins system requirements from enterprises, combined with password, IC card and fingerprint recognition technology, design system module to complete the function; Finally, according to the needs analysis of the system, design the hardware and software components for the remote electronic storage bins management system, hardware components include hardware and communications, software components include the design to meet the needs of the database, while the design of the specific function page ,gives the concrete description. Finally, the system testing part have given the test results.
